After helping with ad-hoc projects over the last few years, Nicchi finally joined us in January 2019 in the role of Accounts and HR Administrator. Having a background as an RAF Administrator, Accounts Auditor and School Secretary means Nicchi brings a wealth of admin knowledge and experience, a 'can-do' attitude and a happy disposition to our team. Nicchi took early retirement in 2023, however she still comes back and helps with admin and secretarial tasks when she can, and will always remain a key part of Team RMW!
