Business Operations Coordinator
Daniella joined RMW full-time in 2018, following a gap year after completing her Sixth Form studies. Since then, she continues to develop her industry knowledge, with a strong focus on business operations.
Daniella's responsibilities span operational coordination, internal communication, and cross-department support. She works closely with the Managing Director, providing both administrative and operational assistance.
With a broad overview of business activity, Daniella helps ensure effective communication and contributes to maintaining smooth and efficient operations across the company.
A passionate advocate for rural affairs, Daniella brings a valuable and distinctive perspective to the team. Outside of the office, she is most at home in the countryside - whether behind the wheel of a tractor or cheering on her favourite rally drivers.
