Charlotte joined RMW full-time in October 2025, bringing over 3 and a half years of NHS experience. Charli held Office Lead and Performance Officer roles within the Cellular Pathology and Business Intelligence departments based at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, where she developed extensive administrative knowledge and strong analytical skills.
At RMW, Charli plays a key role in the administration of reactive works and quoted jobs. She supports the coordination of call-outs and ensures that all completed works are accurately recorded and documented. Charli also supports Project Development, assisting with the preparation and administration of quoted project works.
